Benchmark Institute Celebrations
Our Celebrations serve several purposes.  One is to diversify our funding by increasing individual giving and seeking corporate support for our work.  Another key reason -- one close to the heart -- is to honor individuals for their training, teaching and mentoring work in the ongoing quest to eliminate poverty and injustice. Teaching and guiding people to do excellent work is as integral to achieving our goals as is doing the work. Yet, it often goes unrecognized.  We come together to celebrate their contributions and acknowledge their impact on the quality and quantity of legal services for low-income people.

Our Celebrations bring together folks who have participated in our training events -- participants, trainers, and the creative souls who have played witnesses and jurors in our simulations as well as family, friends, supporters and members of our client communities. These Celebrations are a way to refuel and connect with our greater community, to reaffirm our commitment to justice and -- of course -- to have a very good time.

Please, consider joining us at our next Celebration for inspiration and delight.
We promise that you'll leave with much more than you came with.
