Refunds/Substitutions/Credit: Full
refund minus a $25 handling fee will be made when we receive written
notice of cancellation two weeks before a workshop’s first day. No
other refunds can be made. Substitutions can be made at any
time--please let us know. Credit will be issued when we receive a
written cancellation with credit request two weeks before the
workshop's first day. Credit can be applied to any Benchmark training
within one year.
