The Fine Print: We price this training as
low as we possibly can for all that you receive. The materials,
especially, are substantial and a major expense. In planning, we rely on
the number of advance paid registrations received and cannot accommodate
last minute cancellations. That’s the reason for the following policy.
Refunds/Substitutions/Credit:
Refund minus a $30 handling fee will be made
when we receive written
notice of cancellation two weeks before a workshop’s first day.
No other
refunds can
be made. Substitutions can be made at any time--please let us know. Credit
will be issued when we receive a written cancellation with credit request
two weeks before the workshop's first day. Credit can be applied to any
Benchmark training within one year.
