Love tamales? Want to spend an a-maize-ing afternoon with some wonderfully
creative people? Join us at A Taste of Tamales by the Bay, San
Francisco's third annual tamale tasting on Sunday,
April 26, 2009 from Noon to 4:30
p.m. at Fort Mason Center.
You'll sample many tamale styles from some of
the finest tamale makers in Northern California including up and coming food
artists supported by La Cocina Community Kitchen. There will be a variety
of tamale styles including Yucatán and Chilean. You
can purchase favorites at the event to serve at home.
