approved TAHST for MCLE credit totaling 51 hours, 2 hours of which applies to
legal ethics and 1 hour to the elimination of bias credit. Benchmark certifies
that TAHST conforms to standards for approved education activities prescribed
by the State Bar of California regulations governing minimum continuing legal
