Who Should Attend
Trial & Hearing Skills Training is intended for lawyers, advocates and paralegals who represent low income people, people with disabilities, seniors, low-income workers or other underrepresented groups as part of your job or pro bono.

Enrollment is limited to 24 lawyers and eight advocates. We want people who are committed to developing their competence and will work hard to get it. 

Those who have attended Benchmark's College of Advocacy will receive first preference in registration.
